* Deirdre Walsh and George Hayes, who won the Congress Bridge Pairs in Kenmare on Saturday 7th November 2009.
* Clodagh Taylor & Anna Sliney finished in 2nd place in the Inter Provencials with the Munster Inter A Team
* Deirdre Walsh & Mary Horgan came in 2nd place in the IBU Simultaneous Pairs Competition
